I saw the final of Rafa en Roger on sunday, boy what a match!!! compared to the ladies final!!!

Roger was crying at the ceremony he was so adorable.. aaaah..... They really respect each other as tennis players! These two are real gentle men

Does anyone know the next tournament when Rafa and Roger will be playing together?
Maybe not against each other, but in the same tournament? I know that Wimbledon is coming up but that's till june.

As far as I know, the top players are all expected to play in certain "big" tournaments (such as Monte Carlo & Italian Opens) as well as the grand slam events. So Rafael & Roger should be taking part together in several tournaments again this season - I think they both may well be competing in a big tournament in Florida (used to be called the Liptons, don't know offhand its current title) before heading to European clay in the Spring.

Thanks Sheena!
I think I will compare both shedules of Roger and Nadal on the official websites to see in which games they are both playing this season!

two news: one good the other is bad and sad in the same time.

I will start with the bad one: Last night in Hungary was killed a romanian handball player Sad I'm not a handball fan, I don't know the player so well but still makes me sad. and he was just 26 years old Sad

the good one: Schliri won the today at Willingen! Simi Ammann too the second place and Noriaki Kasai the third.

Oh, Adelina, I also wanted to write about this horrible crime... I ADORE handball and I just cant imagine whats going on in the Veszprém team right now... Sooo many tragedies for Hungarian sport... (OK, he wasnt Hungarian, but it happened in Hungary...)

It is said he was killed by mistake - that those guys were searching for a "big man" and he was the highest, so they thought he is their enemy or something... Two players were also involved, they are now in hospital...

So-so-so awful...

They were celebrating the birth of one of the players son...

That's more sad.....here I heard he tried to take the defense of one of his teamates or of his girlfriend. Mistake or not it's really terible. He had some years ago a similar accident..than he scape with some wounds, now he didn't had the same luck Sad

I know about the others too. Hope they will recover soon.

Today has a great footbal too with France X Argentina. I will be cheering for France, of course. Drapeau

No pity here for Italy because the italian coach was so arrogant the day before the game and now he problably should be regret for his comments about Brazil team. Plus, is also very good to put on end on the sequences victories of Italy. cheers

Veszprem - the team where Marian Cozma played- won today EHF CL
I didn't saw the game but I heard that they dedicated the victory to Marian and to the others two players who are in hospital.

I watched it online. It was like an ordinary match, goals, missed chances, big saves... I felt like during an ordinary match, shouting when they scored a goal, getting angry when they missed a chance.

And then the match was over (Veszprém won 28-26 against Ademar León) and all the Veszprém players burst into tears... And all at once you realized what they had to hold in themselves, what a pain, what torturing feelings because they had to concentrate on the match... All my admiration to the players and the head coach who managed to speak after such a game with such strenght...

Here is his interview, and after that there is a "silenzio" for Marian...

Truly touching.

I do admire so much Veszprém that they could win after such a terrible disaster.
And they dedicated their victory to Cozma. It was so moving.
And almost every spectator cried. Crying or Very sad
