| Guys, I don´t want to spoil anybody´s mood but I just have to release the shock....I just found out that one of my former students died in a car crash yesterday  Ten minutes ago I was all happy and smiling and now I feel like run down by a truck....... | Michelle, I totally understand you... Last month I was on my way home, totally happy. Then I took out my cell to check if I would be able to make it in time for an appointment, when I noticed I had missed a call from my long-lost friend. We kind of quarrelled back in February, and I was really angry with her, because it turned out she'd made up all sorts of stories about me and was feeding them to our common friends.. Anyway. Not the point. I call back, thinking maybe let bygones be bygones, I missed her, after all. And the first thing I hear is 'Hey, Dan's dead. Today's the funeral. Come'. The guy is my former classmate, we grew up together... He was just 21.. On a completely different topic, I've started to have nightmares about my job. Like today I was haunted by a frustrated student with giants scissors. In the end I was rescued by my boss, the vice-principal of the school where I work (she pinned the student to the floor with even larger scissors  ). Life is getting more and more absurd... |
