I'm so sorry you're still out of work, Irina. What an incredibly difficult situation to deal with when the world-wide economy is such a mess.

Your ex-boss is a crook! LOL Worse yet, he's making you out to be the bad-person in all this because you want the money he owes you, when in fact, he's the criminal in this. I know your job was an important one but, really, you should be just a little bit glad you don't have to work with or endure anymore this jackass's sense of warped ethics. This low life really has you over a barrel with this....you really need to keep your wits about you and not say what you'd really like to, back to him, because if you did you'd never see any of those monies he owes you. As it is you have to bite your tongue to keep from giving this scum bag the tongue lashing he richly deserves. Is there any legal or government recourse to get the money that is owed to you? If you were a US citizen, living here, you'd have meaures you could take to get that money.

Regarding that feeling of wanting to shoot the dude, maybe it's time to "talk" with one of the local gypsy groups, in lieu of a mafioso, LOL. I'm sure you could find someone (for a price, of course) to rough up your old boss and "encourage" him to cough up your money, Wink

today i went to all the proper authorities and left a complaint about him. now it's all registered and they have to give me an answer. actually people there seemed to be on my side but you can never be sure.
and what is more i ran into him today. he was trying to solve some of his problems. because he is in a big mess financially with the state. and i told him that i would rather he would solve the issue but that if he doesn't i am well on my way to take him to court if necessary. so, this is what i did today.

Your ex boss is true bandit and I think you did right well complaining about him on the authorities. To go to court is time consuming and rather problematic grrrrrrrrrmur

Je voulais vous remercier tout d'abord toutes pour vos bonnes ondes. Je viens de revenir et je dois dire que même si je ne connais pas les résultats, j'ai fait mon job, je pars donc sans regret et je vais donc poursuivre dans cette voie afin de me sentir après. Après, advienne que pourra. Wink

Je suis dévastée par une nouvelle terrible . Mon jeune frère vient de décéder subitement chez notre mère .
Je suis sous le choc comme toute ma famille!
Maman m'avait appelé pour discuter tranquillement et 5 minutes plus ,"Gis ,ton frère Aimé n'est plus " ..J'ai vite rappelé maman car je ne comprenais plus rien , mama croyais qu'il dormait mais elle a été vers lui il était tout froid .Elle a vite appelé une amie commune qui a contacté le SAMU ,le médecin a constaté son décès! Maman l' a vu à 11 heures 30 et à midi elle est venue le chercher pour dîner mais il était allongé dans son lit et n'avait pas pensé à le secouer ou quoique se soit .. La police est venue et demain maman sera entendue pour une enquête ,mon frère sera autopsié ( à moins que le procureur décide que non ) car c'est la procédure .
Nous sommes vite allés à Lyon pour soutenir maman ,mon frère Didier ,ma fille Gaëlle ( j'ai prévenu mes trois enfants ) étaient près d'elle .

J'ai voulu voir mon frère et il est parti serein dans son sommeil .

Oh. My. God!!!! Gislaine, how awful!!! Please accept my condolences on the death of your younger brother. How terrible for your mother to have discovered him. It' is at times like this that a really wish I wasn't so damned far away from France or I'd be on my way to be there for you, giving you a strong shoulder to lean on.

Please keep us informed, as much as you are able, about what may have caused his death. You know....we are here for you whenever you need us.

My brother was 44 years old and it was the youngest of 5 children (I am the elder).
I have just realised that I do not have translate my post and I am unable of it.
I will phone tomorrow to know if everything goes well for mom and this deposition to the police station.

Mon frère avait 44 ans et c'était le plus jeune des 5 enfants ( je suis l'aînée ) .
Je viens de m'apercevoir que je n'ai pas traduis mon post et j'en suis incapable .
Je téléphonera demain pour savoir si tout va bien pour maman et cette déposition au commissariat .

Irina, it is not my brother Didier who was victim of accident it is my youngest brother Aimé.
This morning, there was autopsy but mom is unaware of results and the family cannot go to the Institute Médico-Légal, as soon as they will have finished and to know it thinks of the procrureur (at least I think that it is procedure). It will be transported in the funérium and there we will be able to see it.
Irina , ce n'est pas mon frère Didier qui a été victime de l'accident c'est mon plus jeune frère Aimé .
Ce matin ,il y a eu l'autopsie mais maman ignore les résultats et la famille ne peut pas aller à l'Institut Médico-Légal ,dès qu'ils auront fini et savoir ce pense le procrureur( du moins je pense que c'est la procédure) . Il sera transporté au funérium et là nous pourrons le voir .
