Wink

My dear friends, I did not return any more here since for well such a long time to my taste. It is necessary to say that I prepared my competition of tear away foot, then let us say clearly the time missed me. Doubtless, there was from my part also one to leave going which I would really like to remedy .

I am back but with a rather low morale, explaining by the defeat in my competition to become a professor of History - Geography. I know that it was difficult of the credit note straight off, but I thought at least of crossing the phase of the papers, and regrettably I was recalé for 6 points, 6 hurt unfortunates but who make that my route arrests there for this year.

However, I consider good to continue next year finally if I manage to have also my equivalence of M1. Hey yes my friends, in France, our President threw a reform to recruit his teachers and so much say it in succession, I risk because of the only fact that I just have a Bachelor of history not to be taken, because it will be necessary to have in fact a Master's degree from next year to join the said compete. Thus, I wait for the results of the committee of admission. I hope that it will be favorable to me. If you could cross fingers for me it would arrange me. In brief, anyway, I am going to fight to catch up and then to reach the job by my dreams. Wink

Francois...I'm so sorry that your first attempt to gain the position of professor of History/Geography did not happen as you wished it would. You are not the first person who has faced this dispointment. The important point to remember, in this, is that you have other chances to take the tests again. So, in the meantime, study, sharpen your skills by doing some practice teaching if you have the chance, get that master's degree if that will help your future chances. One thing I would caution you about is not to become over-qualified for the position or your chances of gaining your dream will plummet. Talk to other people with professorships to find out how they obtained their positions and learn from them.

Good luck in your endeavors. Keep us posted, and I hope we see your posts more frequently at BJDG!

Do not loose courage FX, the next year will be the maid!

At the moment, my elder daughter and her Security blanket are on holidays and we take advantage of it a maximuum!
For a week, my other daughter lives in San Francisco to improve her English for a stay of 6 months then she will take back his post to the company!

mirka congrats on your exams !!!!!

francois, i am so sorry you have to redo all the work again next year in order to get your dream job. i am crossing my fingers that it works out.

gis, have lots of fun with your family !!!!!

violet, a teen brian sounds very good lol!

as for me. i have been having lots of fun lately. since i am on a break from real responsabilities until autummn , i enjoyed a lot of silly things. unfotunately they were time consuming and that combined with the net and computer problems that seem to never end, kept me away from the board for a while.

so i attended the wedding of one of my best friends. and if was great fun.
i voluteered for a film festifal that takes place in cluj. it's an internationl festival and it's quite big. it was fun learning new things, meeting new people, going to lots of parties and after parties, and movies and concerts.

and tomorrow i will go for 10 days to paris with bogdan we have tickets for the MUSE concert and i hope it will rock. also my friend that just got married is in paris and we will meet up and we plan to go to crazy horse lol! i wanted to go like 6 years ago whe i first went to paris and never the chance , maybe now is the time.

i hope everyone is feeling better. i wish everyone good luck with your exams and hopefully my technological problems will end some time this freaking year !!!!!!!!!!!

hugs to everyone, irina

Congrats Mirka!!

FX, sorry to hear that you didn't get your dream job. Don't be too despondent or sad; just keep trying, studying, and work harder.

Irina, wow, you are busy! LOL I'm glad to hear you're having fun. Smile

Nothing much is going on with me right. Just hanging out and relaxing. I hope everything is going well with all of you.

Thanks to all for your support I am going to fight to catch up. And naturally, I was anxious one more time to say to you that I like being in your company.

CONGRATS, Mirka!!! bisousfleurs Enjoy your success and free time now Very Happy

Katherine hugs and Gis, enjoy your family as much as you can! Very Happy

Francois, keep on fighting! You´ll make it one day Wink

Irina, wish I had you schedule for so many different activities lol!

As for myself, I´m doing much better now, feeling better, looking forward to new things Smile and of course SUMMER HOLIDAYS lol! We´re finishing in less than three weeks at school, will have to go to work for one more week but I don´t mind, since I´ll need days off at the end of August (where I would normally go back to work) because my friend from England is coming over to visit me Razz
I don´t have many news, my life is actually kind of boring in comparison to most of you Very Happy I have no big plans for summer, but I hope to make a few around my home country and visit some friends, so should be fun too Smile

Wishing everyone a nice time (and less heat than we have now - it´s killing me at times LOL) Very Happy
