| I do believe as most of you,it's lame to declair some private "love\sex affairs" as the reason of bad performance at Olys.He has not trained much?Ok...that's lame too..ask anyone in Courch or Poitiers,he has spent almost all his time at the ice rinks.Or he considers 40 hours a week for trainings to be a little input???That's not serious...as IT really IS the solid schedule! I mean,Brian just showed the weakness of his character, that's all. LOOK AT JOANNIE finally, isn't the heart of this girl hurting at the moment???!!IT IS,but she fought till the end and i am sure she'll get the bronze!!!
I love Brian,i admire him and i know(as all of you)that his skating is really one of the best in the world, but i am sooooo sorry that he has missed already nearly(5 world titles)which could have gone to him and many other opportunities, including the Olys,ONLY because of his "head mess",I hope this time smn will insist on hiring a psychologist!!! _________________ |

| Who knows, maybe it isn't about a girl or anything! Maybe it's more....personal. Just a hunch though. |

I assume the French federation can submit all 4 names (2 as subs) and then announce in the last minute who is going. I hope they make their decision soon, though, so that the skaters who are going could be ready.
Who would YOU send?
I'd go with Brian and Florent. Florent really did a good job in Vancouver and Brian has earned the right to go, however he looks at the moment, and hopefully this will help him get his legs back.

| I think they need to announce the date of the test skate very soon. Yannick and Alban might have been taking a break of skating because they haven’t had any competitions since Euros? So I don’t think neither of them are going to be in a top shape at the test skate. So the possibility that Brian wins is high. |

| I doubt extremely that Yannick and Alban gave up training since Euro but perhaps that they raised the foot lol It is Florent who risks not being the happiest for this test because he had chosen to go to Turin instead of Tallinn and I confess you that it would be unfair for him! I hope that we will know about it more for the date of this famous test! _________________ Gislaine |

I don't think Florent needs to participate to this test. He has already earned the spot and he was great at Olys. So I think the test skate will be between Brian, Yannick and Alban. Or maybe there is not going to be any test skate, maybe it was just an impulsive thing to suggest after the SP, because nobody seems to talk about it anymore, not Brian, Yannick, Alban or DG. |

| There you go girls! Test to take place on 15th March. Didnt think they were gonna let him off so easily and they are not: http://www.lequipe.fr/Ski/breves2010/20100226_043015_joubert-en-test-le-15-mars.html I hope he'll pull through but liek its suggested before, better to fall apart at the test than at Torino. Oh no, Nastia! You beat me to it! |
