Well we will see him in the Masters so it doesn't bother me but it's not pleasant for those who bought tickets for Brian...

Brian is not at fault, here. This would land on the shoulders of the sponsoring agency, namely ATS and whatever American supporters are in this with them. In any case, this is just plain dirty "politics" on Yuna's and ATS' parts (I hope the fans in attendance realize that). It is beyond rotten that a management company would screw over the American fans in this way---using the name of a well-known international skater as bait to lure unsuspecting figure skating fans into buying tickets for this show. There ought to be some kinds of legal punishment for this kind of deception. It doesn't say anthing good about their ethics.

(edited to add) This is pure speculation on my part as to what has gone on behind the scenes with this. However, it wouldn't be the first time some promoter used a skating celebrity's name to bolster ticket sales.
