I can't seem to find the opening, as all the links posted are now either deleted or geo blocked. Ah, it's times like this when I truly realize the value of youtube, so I at least got to watch Brian's performance. It was totally great and energetic. manga38 He seems to have this amazing ability to get the audience involved. dance Sad that the season's over. Then again, I still have to catch up on watching 8? years' worth of performances, which should do as of the moment. Planning on a gala marathon. Very Happy

Does anyone know what they are saying in 2:04 - 2:12?

JielinL, the positive thing for you is that Brian will continue competing so you have still many chances to cheer him and feel super nervous when his competing. Laughing I always feel so nervous, I almost start to shake and feel sick, but after he has done his jumps successfully , especially on SP, the feeling is so great and relieved!!

There are a lot of great clips of Brian on youtube, you will notice, hehe. Wink Cool
Here are some of my gala faves:

Madeleine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxJfVKHTKAI
Clocks, Skate Canada Gala http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mw_Xyc9qLU
Rise, Skate Canada Gala http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nd755oPn4Fo&feature=related
Hallelujah, Worlds 09 Gala http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Whvn86WtDCg

Thank you. I think I've seen Clocks and rise, but I don't think I've heard of Madeleine.

Hi, I was in Turin and hopefully post some pics tonight. I have some nice ones from gala practice as well.
Brian was really the one who got the most applause in the gala (at least in the first half), so much energy! Someone asked about Contesti, yes he was there too in the gala.

Anyway, the season is over. And that is sad indeed but on the other side the skaters need some rest and we need some rest too Wink I've just written sonia on facebook - we don't sleep watching FS all night, we don't learn, we neglect our friends for the sake of FS and so on Wink It's not such a bad thing IMO Razz

Generally, I found that exhibition a bit boring too...

I've always had a soft spot for this one:

The song is beautiful and it was love at first listen. "Le Roi Soleil" soundrack is a must have.

Lol, I wouldn't say no to chance to twist with Brian! Razz

My personal favourite though is the Aerodynamic one from the 2006/2007 season.

Thank you all so much for the links. I was actually just watching the Daft Punk one (again) when I checked in on here. And thank you Bladette for making "Madeline" known to me, I kept wondering before which routine did he wear that adorable sweater, holding a bouquet. I love it;must have seen it no less than ten times by now. Razz

The one I always love as well is the on he did on "You Are Loved" by Josh Groban. I especially loved it when he did it in the gala of the 2007 euros, but I couldn't find that clip, so here's a different one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Dh0O8LlqmQ .
Not the best of quality I"m afraid. Still think you gotta watch this one. The first time I saw it it made me cry!
