Girls, can I ask you a favor?

One of my friends, Balázs Kovács is running for the best 3 in a compatition "Youth on the Move" (it's an EU competition and it's up to mobilize young people in Europe).

He was selected to the best 10 by professional aspects, but the final voting is on facebook. So if you can, please vote for Balázs to win the digital camera with the 3rd place!

today was a wonderful day for me: josh groban's new album was released!!! i can't forget that thanks to our dear brian i've fallen in love with his music. it was the 2006/07 season when brian skated his exhibition program on "you are loved (don't give up)" - that's when i first heard josh groban. and the next season, stephane lambiel skated on "un giorno per noi"...
has any of you listened to the new album? it's called "illuminations"
if not, you can get a glimpse here:
www.soundcloud.com/joshgroban
share it with all your friends... it's amazing!!!

it's good to be back:)
PS: get ready for the 1st of december. i have a surprise for you santa

I have some, for me, sad news - my little dog Heidi had to be put to sleep yesterday evening. She had a very painful & incurable bone tumour. She lived for an terrific fifteen & a half years - all in great health until the last three weeks or so.

Oh, Sheena, I am so terribly saddened by your news. ((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))) At least you had a wonderful 15-plus years with her which is way, way longer than most dogs live. Treasure your precious memories of the things she did, the awful ones and the cute ones.

We are thirty centimetres of snow, my husband clears the snow in front of the garage to be able to go out, lol! What is strange it is that service tehnique of the city council came to clear the snow neither from roads nor from the dead ends of vicinity!!
Nous avons trente centimčtres de neige ,mon mari déneige devant le garage pour pouvoir sortir, lol ! Ce qui est bizarre c'est que le service tehnique de la mairie n'est pas venu déneiger les routes ni les impasses des environs !!

Come to Israeli, Gis! It was 29 degrees (Celsius) in Tel Aviv today... We haven't seen rain since... February, I think. Real rain, anyway. Could the weather still be in mourning over the results of the Olympics?

I'm sorry to hear that, Sheena. 15 years? Isn't that like 100 years for people?

That is not true, didn't we have like three minutes of rain at the end of October? Very Happy

Doesn't it feel weird though to celebrate Hannukah in such warm weather?

Thank you Saori & you said it beautifully!

Thanks Lonnie & yes - she was an elderly lady, one human year is roughly equal to 7 dog years!

Hi Elena,

Tell me which song you need! If you can find it on youtube I'm able to download and convert it!

You can also use this link:

www.keepvid.com
or: www.listentoyoutube.com

All you have to do is copy the link and press download! It works perfect Smile Hope this helps!

b.t.w I saw on the news today that a lot of countries in Europa are facing heavy snow storms; specialy in Germany, Sweden, England, France, Belgium etc...There was snow in the Netherlands too so I made some pictures and uploaded them on Facebook Smile almost 17 centimeter snow!!

We have had heavy (for us!) snow since Thursday night, it is 'proper' powdery snow, not the wet slush we normally get. So the Santa's Grotto at Mount Stewart this weekend looks like it is in Lapland!!!

in cluj there was some snow but not anything like manon showed us in her pictures. but still i wanna go out and play in the snow. i am so not a winter person because i hate the cold and the lack of sun and short days. but seeing figure skating and playing in the snow make winter more bearable !

No snow here yet. I'm still dreaming of a white Christmas...

Yesterday was my cousin's wedding. He's like my older brother, so it was a very happy event. I'm so happy for him and his wife. However, the restaurant where the ceremony/reception was held was horrible- bad food, rude service, and they didn't even have the heat on! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
