Irina, a thesis proposal is what I'm going to present to the university saying what I'm going to do for my graduate thesis. Ideally, it would take two semesters to write maximum, and then once the university approves the proposal, I can start to write my graduate thesis.

we have graduate thesis also but we don't have thesis proposals. so it's like an university board that listens to all the proposals from all the students and then gives them the answer and some of them might have to come up with a different idea? i am keeping my fingers crossed that your proposal gets accepted .

I think that's how it works. I think it's more for the School of Graduate Studies and the History Department. Thanks Irina. Smile I still have to narrow down my topic and do some more reading before I start on the thesis proposal.

I finally feel like spring is here. It's in the mid 60s today, all the windows are open, and of course I have a cold. LOL

OMG, Im so shocked about what is going on with Iza... I have no words. This is just way too much for a person. Im thinking of you, Iza, and hope that things turn to better soon...

Gislaine, Im so happy for you - and I can imagine how you just go and buy all the stuff for little girls!!!

Kiki, good luck with your thesis proposal!

As for me, I was busy in the last two weeks because I had to prepare a 28-page ice hockey supplement for the upcoming ice hockey worlds. As you know, they will be held in Slovakia. Im accredited! And excited and a bit afraid, as Im not an ice hockey expert... But Im sure it will a great experience!

Hi ladies, I feel ubertired and totally exhausted so I thought maybe you can give me some support.

Tomorrow starts the ice hockey worlds and I had such a bad day yesterday, so I felt awful all day today and I have absolutely no strenght to go into such a challenge. I dont know how I will do. So I just need somebody to tell me that I can cope with it.

Titi, http://youtu.be/o0CXUv-xxtY Very Happy

You'll do fine. Don't worry. Just get your vitamin C and take a few deep breaths.
