I think that moderator of the RAK will ask you your name and address, and she tell you whom you should send your gift to.

We need a paired number of members in this project

Actually Im not sure if we need a paired number (is this expression right in English? never mind, anyway ), because there is one person you send the RAK to and one person you recieve the RAK from.

So it can be also like for example with 13 members:

Person 1 sends to person 2 and recieves from person 13
Person 2 sends to person 3 and recieves from person 1
Person 3 sends to person 4 and recieves from person 2
Person 4 sends to person 5 and recieves from person 3
Person 5 sends to person 6 and recieves from person 4
Person 6 sends to person 7 and recieves from person 5
Person 7 sends to person 8 and recieves from person 6
Person 8 sends to person 9 and recieves from person 7
Person 9 sends to person 10 and recieves from person 8
Person 10 sends to person 11 and recieves from person 9
Person 11 sends to person 12 and recieves from person 10
Person 12 sends to person 13 and recieves from person 11
Person 13 sends to person 1 and recieves from person 12

this way everybody has someone to send to and someone to recieve from, even when its not paired numbers....

I think Titi is right, in fact she beat me to the post above. Even numbers with person A & B sending to each other is very simple, but uneven numbers can work as well, as per Titi's example! But I believe we have 16 participants anyhow, an even number.
