I would like to have a new banner! I thought the old one was good, but the banner was only for 2 seasons because he had his james bond theme for 2 seasons.
Maybe we can create something which we can use longer?
Maybe even with the words: Belief, courage and perseverance, cause that's the slogan we have been using for a while now on our forum! Smile

For your information, the problem is not finding the pictures (obviously they're all over the Internet, lol). The real problem is in obtaining permission to use them from the persons who hold the copyrights to them. well, i like our banner and i like the fact that it has been around for so long. it may have not became famous like other banners but at least it has history. and even if brian moved on from james bond is still one of his signature programs. people think of him when they think about a skater performing 007.
i for one don't want onother banner. i just hope we can make this one keep on traveling.

I'm very fond of it (our present banner) myself! It was a great pleasure to hold it at Vancouver with Irina...as well as seeing it appear at so many different competitions!

I agree with Irina, Titi and Sheena. I like our present banner. It's unique, as it is, and shows up well in TV broadcasts of the audience at the competitions. I say we keep the one we've got, although I'm sure Alex would do a very credible job with designing a new one, based on the terrific job she did with the new look of our board.

The present banner has travelled the globe an brings so many good memories. It's also a big part of our BJDG history. It's not just a banner it an extarordinary travelling banner.
