If this really happens I'll be very excited even if I can't possibly get there. This is the kind of transitioning thing I had hoped for him. I don't necessarily know if he wanted it for himself so I think I might be a bad fan for him. But I've always been more of a show fan than a competition fan. So I was hoping that at the end of his competitive career (far in the future) he would continue to skate as a performer. I'm still hoping this generation reignites what the Boitano-Witt generation had in terms of figure skating as entertainment. I know the money has supposedly dried up. But I think if these guys put their heads together it can be done. Shows like this are the start.
