I truely am in love with Aljona and Robin's new free program. The SP is nice, but after the LP I was just WOOOOWW. I need to watch the movie "Pina" as soon as possible! I guess you might understand the program and some of its moves better if you watch the movie trailer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouEc-3MlGZ4
Also I like the costumes, classy and (from what i could see on the crappy stream), beautiful colour.

And I'm very happy for Kevin!! It's great to see a manly skater rock the ice!!

I really enjoyed Kevin's performance. I wish that he won.

The men's competition was a mess with so many falls.

Florent's FS costume is tacky. Its worse than Brian's short program costume, except for the glitter gloss.

Congrats to Kevin, Meryl/Charlie, and Alissa!!!! I'm also glad that Caroline Zhang seems to be doing better, even though her LP wasn't too great. Thanks for the results!

I'm happy for Carolina Kostner (she skated two good programs and had a real ill-luck because she lost only 0,13 points to Alissa Czisny) and Nathalie Pechalat/Fabian Bourzat!!!
I thought that men free program will be on better level, I'm a bit disappointed, they did too many mistakes in their programs and the victory of Michal Brezina wasn't convincing.

Meryl and Charlie were unbelievable on the ice!

ok I was very busy during the week and I've just finished watching all programs from SA so here is my favourites;
In ice dance, I loved D/W both FD(masterpiece) and SD(I was afraid it wouldn't be that good because latin isn't that much their style but they delivered a great program). Also I loved P/B FD, so unique and great interpretation of egyptian theme. So hard for Fabian to skate but yet he made it. Their SD is pretty nice but still needs work. I hope Z/G were third, they have their own style and I like them.
In ladies, I liked Carolina's FP but the SP...(the music and the dress didn't help me ) but glad she made a nice competition. I'm beginning to like more and more Alissa. Loved both her short and free. She seems so calm, sweet and peaceful when she skates.
In pairs, S/S FP blew my mind away! wow great program.So inovative, unique choreography and nice music. I will definitely watch the movie:P
In men, YUPI for kevin. Very nice FP(if only he was faster in the steps...). Despite the problems with the jumps I loved Michal's FP and of course the SP. Generally the men's competition was full with falls but it's the beginning of the season so everyone will improve.
