Thank you Durlindana! bisousfleurs

I hope they don't think doing more competitions is the solution for the problem. Maybe it can be a part of the solution (which I doubt) but he has to really work with his mental strength and hire a sports psychologist. I know many skaters who work with a sports psychologist, it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Brian, you haven''t done enough competitons because you withdraw from them due to a back injury... Suspect

Thanks for the translation!

This is better than I'd hoped for, and I hope that DG is indeed being constructive and not giving him too hard a time. I agree about a sports psychologist, and I can't understand why Brian is willing to acknowledge that there are mental issues at play but not able to realize what he needs to do about it... I do think he needs to do more competitions. It's never a good idea to start your season at an ISU Championship - even for Virtue and Moir it didn't go well when they did it - not just in terms of confidence but also all the stuff that the judges can nitpick. Assuming Brian is up to it physically, I hope he and Veronique will consider doing a tuneup at some small event between now and Worlds.

Good luck to Brian this afternoon...

Brian will skate around 14.20. It means that I won't see his free program on live, ETV2 will only broadcast from 15.00 Sad

Oliwka - there is no reason to worry as ETV2 will show the last two groups (Brian will skate at 15.18 CET).

Would love to see the earlier groups. Plese share the streams! icon_respect
