Plushenko has skated in competition already, and has been in Sheffield longer, so there are bound to be more videos of him at this point. I approve of his current hairstyle - one of the better ones he's had. As for Brian, I'm sure something will pop up eventually.

Gis, I read the update, and saw nothing in it to indicate that Plushenko might WD - I'm not sure why the writer suggested that's a likely outcome (though I could see him doing it). He's said more than once that it's unlikely he'll be at Worlds.

It is possible that he might do the SP to get his mininum score for next season (which I think is his first aim here) & take it from there. If he was too far back to challenge for the title, I suppose he might withdraw as I doubt if he is interested in anything other than the gold medal.

Plushy is talking all about how sick he is right now to justify his failure basically. Well, I am sorry for him, he really is killing himself - but that was his choice, right? So, stop whining and be a man! Oh well, this is so in style of Plushy. He could talk about his injuries after the competition and we could applaud him for his bravery, but oh well. Brian had and injury - is he talking about it? Did anybody hear Alyona talking about hers? These guys are practicing like mad. But not the King, I am sick of it

I can't believe that Brian has been in Sheffield for maybe 3 days now and there isn't a one single photo of him! grrrrrrrrrmur
Hasn't he participated on the practices? And there are only a couple of pics of Aliona and Robin and lots of Plushenko. Why don't anybody take pictures of the other skater and watch their practices?
Previous years there has been lots of videos of practices on YouTube plus all kinds of other interesting material. I am getting frustrated!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I love you

I guess the best source for info is now the Plushenko's fan forum, lol:

Quote:
Today Evgeni didn't skate at practice, he olny came to practice rink, walk around and left after half an hour. Artur didn't prractice eather. Only a few guys landed quads today at practice...Amodio 4s, Verner 4t, Brizina had problems, Joubert 4t, 4t-3t, Fernandes 4t, problem 4s. Fernandes didn't imress at all, he is overrated for sure. Most impressive today were Amodio and Joubert... but not close to Plushenko

Great that Brian had good practice! Drapeau

Thanks Bladette for the news about Brian's training! thankyou2
If Brian was impressive on his practice today, it's really possible that he might be strong during this competition too, that's really good prognostic!
