Stupid question maybe, but that does "Davai" mean?

"Davai" is Russian - the same as "Allez" in French or "Come on" in English.

I thought it meant something like that. But I wasn't sure, so thanks!

Roosje, here are translations for the expressions you posted, i hope it's nnot too late ! Please note that these may vary according to the context but I tried to give the best "general" translation possible.

part-time | à temps partiel, à mi-temps
translator | traducteur (traductrice)
continue working | continuer à travailler
whatever happens | Quoi qu'il arrive / malgré tout
hopefully | avec de la chance, pourvu que (provided that), espérer + conjugation to say "(subject) hopes that..."
in the future | à l'avenir (general) / dans l'avenir (specific)
are you planning to | est-ce que tu envisages de...
dizzy | étourdi(e) / (literally) pris(e) de vertige
| fou (folle), dingue, dément (literally demented)
boring | ennuyeux (euse) / barbant(e) (slang)
adventurous | aventureux (euse)
daring | audacieux (euse) / audace
modern | moderne / contemporain(e)
in a while | really must have context for this - "I haven't seen you for a while" = ça fait un moment que je ne t'ai pas vue "I'll see you in a little while!" = à tout à l'heure "it happens once in a while" = ça arrive de temps en temps
earn a degree | Difficult to translate as it depends on the sort of degree that you are talking about; assuming you mean the certification received upon finishing a basic university four year course, I would use "obtenir sa license". One could also use diplôme although this is used for secondary education also. There is a maîtrise that one earns after a license, I suppose it is like a bachelor and a master-degree in an American university...
cope with pressure | gérer la pression
nerves of steel | nerfs d'acier
I'm not very good at... | Je suis nul(le) en... Je n'ai pas maîtrisé le... Je ne fais pas bien le... etc etc etc
to look forward to | attendre avec impatience / avoir hâte à...

Again please keep in mind that translations are not literal over words but rather transposing of thoughts... this said a different translation may better suit a given context.
