. He won but....the performances he produced were way far from what he is capable of. He fell three times during LP:

I fear that Lambiel is having a crisis again this season - he is deliberately doing double axels while trying to fix his triple (the new technique apparently is not working out) & here he didn't land a single quad either, very worrying for him & his team {& GPF is coming up fast too........}

I'm sorry that Jamal is only 3rd & therfore unlikely to get to Euros or Worlds this season.

I actually hope that Stephane will come back in shape!
He is such a good skater when he is feeling well and a good fight between him and Brian at the Euros would be very exciting

Sheena, I heard that since Moris will still participate in Junior Worlds, it is likely
that he will go to the senior Euros, but Jamal will actually attend at Worlds.
So maybe there is still a chance to see him this season.

I had no idea where to post this info -> the compulsory dance - yankee polka was drawn to be skated at Euros 2008 & 4Continents Championships (the remaining two were austrian waltz and argentine tango).
The draw for compulsory dance to be skated at Worlds 2008 will be held during Junior Worlds.

Maxim Shablin is to undergo more knee surgery & will miss RN & probably Europeans, they intend to be at Worlds. (Poor Maxim, this is his 3rd surgery in about 6 months!)

Oda has withdrawn from Japanese Nationals & will therefore not be at worlds either. I had read that he was very affected by his recent DIU & punishment & it seems to be true - poor Nodu, I hope he will be back next eason.
